Circus Road Films Launches Diggit Pictures Its
Distribution Arm & Alex Nohe Joins The Team
Live At The Foxes Den

Glen Reynolds, CEO of Circus Road Films, has launched a distribution arm, Diggit Pictures. The new banner, which specializes in theatrical distribution simultaneous with a day-and-date video on demand (VOD), will release Live at the Foxes Den, slated to open in theaters Dec. 6 in 20 US markets.
Gravitas Ventures will simultaneously release the film into the VOD marketplace, reaching 100 million homes via cable providers and transactional online platforms. Green Apple Entertainment will release the film on DVD in February.
Commented Reynolds: "Diggit Pictures was formed to fill a void and offer a theatrical path to indie filmmakers seeking a simultaneous day-and-date release with VOD, which has proven to be a uniquely successful strategy in today's marketplace. Circus Road will continue to provide strategic counsel to filmmakers requiring a producer's representation in North America. We are excited to announce this new venture and to welcome the expertise of Alex Nohe to our team."
Alex Nohe, who most recently headed his own distribution company Walking Shadows, joins Diggit as head of theatrical services. Nohe has consulted films such as the Oscar-winning Gods & Monsters, Academy Award-nominated Waco: The Rules of Engagement, Trekkies (Paramount), Michael Moore's The Big One (Miramax), Mayor of the Sunset Strip (First Look) and Bubba Ho-Tep (MGM), among others.

About Live at the Foxes Den
Directed by Michael Kristoff in his feature film debut, Live at the Foxes Den stars Jackson Rathbone in a leading-man role showcasing his outstanding – and previously unheralded – vocal talents. The film also stars Oscar-nominated Elliott Gould, Brian Doyle-Murray, Pooch Hall, Jack Holmes, Tony Award-nominee Bob Gunton, Xander Berkeley, Carly Craig and Caity Lotz. Live at the Foxes Den features a stellar, original soundtrack of classic tunes – from crooners such as Frank Sinatra, Cole Porter and Jack Jones – as well as original music penned by Julliard-trained cast member Jack Holmes. Adam Gibbs and Roger Pugliese produced the film with Kevin Mann, Matthew Perniciaro and Peer Pedersen serving as executive producers.
