Yueting Lang Stars In Mountain Cry
The impact of films from the Far East and especially China are changing the complexion of producing, buying, selling and conducting business globally. Emerging Chinese stars such as the stunningly beautiful actress Yueting Lang starring in Mountain Cry are projected onto the radar of the western world and screens, with increasing and welcome frequency. Following its world premiere at the 20th Busan International Film Festival, Fortissimo handling sales on the Larry Yang directed film prior to AFM has sold the Japanese rights to Hark & Company. Fortissimo Films has been at the forefront of bringing Asian films to the global market since its inception in 1991. That foresight into the wealth of Asian talent and the desire to bring the films to the world has flowered into recognized prominence with continuing and strong growing interest from European buyers.
