The Return Of The Enchantress A Fantasy Feature
From Director Salim Khassa On Humanity's Stewardship
Of Nature: The Delicate Balance To Protect Our Planet
New York-based Salim Khassa (above), founder of LYBL Films Sales and Distribution, has spent the last year travelling across Europe finalizing shooting two projects and scouting location for his next major feature project The Return Of The Enchantress, a unique concept fantasy story based around the reality – how can we save the planet – was it different 500 years ago – how far can we push the envelope with our own individual sense of responsibility?

Multi-layered The Return Of The Enchantress is set in a fantasy world with a unique setting that has not being attempted before the world is experiencing real time climate change – this generation has the responsibility to fix it – it’s a challenge because the fundamentals are based on man’s inability to institute balance and profoundly respect nature.
Visual of The Return Of The Enchantress
Salim Khassa, who wrote the script, and will direct, says: “People impact the physical environment in many ways. Humanity's stewardship of nature and the environment has always been a delicate balance to achieve, and every century faces the difficult challenge and conflict inherent in inadequately using the land to serve man's purpose in a reasonable and highly productive way. The Return Of The Enchantress has the premise as a backdrop to an epic tale that intertwines two historical eras... Both periods (15th century and 21st century modern America) become linked by man versus nature clash. Despite the gap of nearly 500 years and the progression of technology, I believe both eras share the same concern, which every human must address. It's our responsibility to protect the environment, and we should learn how to coexist side by side with nature. The values and choices each one of us selects ultimately decide our future, to fearlessly protect our planet from pollution climate change, caused by the evil greed of big corporations who diligently serve their own self-interest.”
Lana Gutman
Khassa concludes: "The Return Of The Enchantress is a fantastic tale of adventure, perils, and morality, and brings together a memorable host of characters who are all tested by circumstances that shape their lives by the ethical choices they make. It’s a multi-faceted tale of challenges where the decisions each person selects effect their fate with immediate and profound consequences. The film will be a showcase for upcoming Talent and actors who are known worldwide. We are currently in contact with major A-list stars who have expressed keen interest in the project, and their contribution to the film will be used as a vehicle for positive change and help resolve the environmental crises our planet faces. Among the early people involved in this movie Franchise is the tireless Lana Gutman, an accomplished professional Hollywood producer, who is dedicating her time and energy to bring the film to life.”
