Synergy, combining and taking advantage of assets to achieve a greater impact on the global marketplace is the game plan to access the emerging aspects open in the television industry. Based in Unterföhring, Germany, 7Stories is a new factual production company, launched as part of Red Arrow Entertainment Group.

7Stories produces factual TV shows and branded entertainment programs for ProSiebenSat.1 Group and other national and international media companies, digital platforms and enterprises.

As part of Red Arrow Entertainment Group, 7Stories will leverage the advantages of Red Arrow's global footprint, talent pool and content catalog, including global distribution of its shows by Red Arrow International. At the same time, the launch enables Red Arrow to expand its position in the German TV and branded entertainment market.

7Stories is managed by Co-Managing Directors Karl König and Christian Böhler. Karl König said: "The demand for high-quality yet affordable video content is increasing rapidly amongst all platforms, especially in the digital market. 7Stories benefits from first-class content from the ProSiebenSat.1 family as well as the editorial know-how of our team, and can thus offer customers a range of programs tailored to their target group and budget."

Christian Böhler added: "Whether it's a factual show for a TV station, an advertisement for a business or a short clip for a digital platform, a well-told story is always the focus for us. Our major advantage is that we can tap into our Group's network and gain access to an exciting mix of customers via SevenOne AdFactory and Red Arrow International."

During MIPCOM, a number of new 7Stories shows are being launched by Red Arrow International, including travel and adventure show Mavericks Unlimited, together with the latest productions from 7Stories include Galileo 360° (ProSieben MAXX), Lenßen klärt auf (SAT.1 Gold) and Da Vinci - Die Welt des Wissens (TV24).

7Stories has access to a vast clip archive, with several thousand hours of high-quality TV material covering a wide range of topics and genres, from travel and lifestyle to science and adventure. This enables the company to combine existing content with newly produced material into premium content at efficient production costs. In addition, the 7Stories provides content for digital platforms such as the ProSiebenSat.1 digital out-of-home firm 7Screen. 7Stories is also active in the field of content marketing, producing branded entertainment programs for ProSiebenSat.1 subsidiary SevenOne AdFactory.

About Karl König and Christian Böhler
Karl König has worked for ProSiebenSat.1 since 2000, with positions including head of the TV station kabel eins and Managing Director, Program and Operations, at ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland. Christian Böhler has worked in the Group for 13 years, and was previously responsible for the unit Content Exchange Management as Senior Vice President at ProSiebenSat.1 TV Deutschland, and was Vice President for Factual at SAT.1.
